Walking around the convention in Houston always brings chills. This was our second time with access. We were not able to get as many fan interactions on screen as we would like because a lot of our footage was lost. I'll make sure to rectify that for next year. It was impossible not to be in awe of the incredible cosplayers. Everywhere you turned, there were passionate fans dressed as their favorite comic book characters, bringing them vividly to life. From the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man to Spawn, to One Piece characters to the mighty Thor wielding his hammer, it was a sight to behold. The attention to detail and dedication that the cosplayers put into their costumes was simply astonishing, making it feel like stepping into a real-life comic book universe.
A highlight of the convention was the room filled with comic book-themed cars, where attendees had the opportunity to take pictures and marvel at the intricate designs. It was a surreal experience to pose alongside the Batmobile, a Superman car, and even the iconic car from Evil Dead, which was my favorite.
